Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of forevernewsmedia.com (the “Site”), published by Forever News Media, operated by 24World Media, 1411 N Sterling Ave, Palatine, IL 60067, United States. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may amend these Terms at any time; the amended Terms take effect when posted, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
The service
The Site provides news reporting, analysis, multimedia and related reader services. Content is provided for general information and personal, non-commercial use. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without liability. Some features may require accurate registration information where registration is offered; you are responsible for activity under your credentials and for keeping them confidential.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — articles, headlines, photographs, graphics, video, logos and design — is owned by Forever News Media, 24World Media or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever News Media, 24World Media and their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity, governing law and disputes
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forever News Media and 24World Media from claims arising out of your submissions or your violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Comments and community conduct
Where commenting is enabled, you are responsible for what you post. Do not post material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, or that infringes intellectual property or publicity rights. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or post commercial solicitations. We may remove comments and suspend accounts at our discretion, and we may preserve records where required for safety or legal reasons.
Copyright and takedown
We respect the copyright of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, notify us through the Contact page with identification of the work, the location of the infringing material, your contact information and a good-faith statement. We will review promptly, remove or disable access where appropriate, and handle counter-notifications in line with applicable law. Repeat infringers’ access may be terminated.

Fees and paid features
Core news coverage on the Site is free. If we offer paid features or subscriptions, the price, billing terms, renewal and cancellation conditions will be stated before purchase and those specific terms will govern the paid feature alongside these Terms. Sponsored services for organizations are governed by written agreement; in any conflict, the written agreement controls for that engagement.
Termination and survival
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Site or your access for any violation of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

Prohibited technical conduct
You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site except as expressly authorized in writing; may not bypass or circumvent access controls, rate limits or security measures; may not introduce malicious code; and may not use automated means to extract content at a scale inconsistent with ordinary human browsing. Where you submit material to us — including news tips, photographs, documents, comments where offered, or correction requests — you retain ownership of your material, and you grant Forever News Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit for length and clarity, publish and archive that material in connection with our journalism, in any medium now known or later developed, with attribution where practicable. You warrant that you have the right to grant this licence and that publication will not breach any law or third-party right. We are under no obligation to publish submitted material or return originals; confidential source arrangements must be agreed with a named editor in advance.
Third-party services, links and advertising
The Site may contain links to, and embedded services operated by, third parties, including video hosts, social platforms, analytics providers and advertisers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content or practices. A link or advertisement does not imply endorsement, and advertising is governed by separate written agreements.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
